Saint James Paris
Saint James Paris
5 Pl. du Chancelier Adenauer, 75116 Paris, France
Hidden away in the 16th, the Saint James feels more like a private home than a hotel. Laura Gonzalez completely redesigned it, and every room feels different, like walking into a collector’s house full of little details, art deco patterns, velvet, and antique touches. It’s elegant but never pretentious, full of light and character. There’s a lovely mix of old and new here, a real Parisian spirit. I love that it still feels like a secret, even though it’s one of the most beautiful hotels in the city.

Hotel Balzac
Hôtel Balzac
6 Rue Balzac, 75008 Paris, France
A few steps from the Champs-Élysées, Hôtel Balzac is the kind of place that makes you slow down. It’s small, quiet, and beautifully redone by Festen Architecture, with soft light, warm tones, and a calm energy. The rooms are elegant without being over the top, and some even have Eiffel Tower views. There’s a glass-roofed lounge where you can sit for coffee or just read for a while, it’s simple, but it feels special. It’s the kind of hotel that lets you disappear into your own little Paris story.

Chateau Voltaire
Château Voltaire
55 Rue Saint-Roch, 75001 Paris, France
Château Voltaire is one of those places that just feels like Paris, a mix of history, elegance, and a little mystery. Between the Opéra and the Tuileries, it’s tucked inside a beautiful old building that has been completely transformed. The rooms are intimate and full of charm, the restaurant is warm and lively, and the whole atmosphere feels cinematic. It’s stylish but never tries too hard, exactly how Paris should be.

Chateau des Fleurs
Chateau des Fleurs
19 Rue Vernet, 75008 Paris, France
Just off the Champs-Élysées, Château des Fleurs is pure charm. The old 1910 building has been completely redone by Quintana Partners, and it’s full of soft colours, curved shapes, and a joyful Parisian spirit. It feels elegant and playful at the same time, like something out of a Belle Époque dream. The rooms are cosy and calm, perfect for hiding away from the city for a while. It’s chic, but it also feels easy and warm, which I love.

Experimental Marais
Experimental Marais
116 Rue du Temple, 75003 Paris, France
Right in the heart of the Marais, this hotel has that perfect mix of history and design. Tristan Auer designed the rooms with soft tones, curved shapes, and little nods to the neighbourhood’s past, they feel peaceful, almost like a retreat. Downstairs, there’s a bar that comes alive at night and a restaurant that blends New York and Paris energy. My favourite part is the hidden Roman bath, such a dream after a long day walking around the city.

Brach Paris
Brach Paris
1-7 Rue Jean Richepin, 75116 Paris, France
Brach isn’t your typical Paris hotel, it’s bold, full of life, and completely unique. Designed by Philippe Starck, it mixes concrete, leather, marble, and warm woods in a way that somehow feels both modern and cosy. There’s a real energy here, a mix of cultures, design, and creativity. You can feel it everywhere, from the restaurant to the spa to the rooftop. It’s the kind of place that keeps surprising you, and it has such a good vibe.
